 Being America’s #1 low-cost airline has its pros and cons. A pro is huge brand recognition and a large presence in Latin-American countries. The con? You have to prove to the consumer that low-cost doesn’t equal low-quality.

Social Media and Email Marketing

We created hundreds of pieces of digital content—from daily deals email campaigns to new route announcements. Many executions used user-generated content, pulling from people’s positive experiences with the airline.

During Spirit’s time with Wunderman Thompson, we worked on an evolution of their branding. Unfortunately, this did not get to become completely implemented. Seen here are unprinted jetway advertisements, as well as new ID badges and signage (that did go live).
